Life Recording is an issue we have always thought about. It’s difficult to keep track of different type of things with multiple Apps, but combining them into one App could be overwhelming.

How can we easily record things, such as notes, photos, videos, location, countdown timers, anniversaries, to-do lists, and memos in one App without making it too complex? Many things seem unrelated, such as her birthday, graduation certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificate, travel itinerary, a location, the scenery outside the window, a friend's laughter in a video, today's tasks, tomorrow's plans, and sudden inspiration that comes to mind.

Although seemingly unrelated, these things have a common subject, "us", and are all "based on time". This commonality creates possibilities for simplicity among the complexity in iTimely.
## Be friends with time

Time management is an essential skill for individuals. In reality, we are very prone to unconsciously fighting against time, treating it as an enemy, which leads to anxiety, tension, and pressure.

By being friends with time and changing our mindset, we can negotiate with time. It's okay to stay up late, just take a photo of a street lamp outside the window in the deep night; it's also okay not to stay up late, don't think about the things that haven't been completed yet. Write down to-do lists as memos and cross them out when done, don't divide them into four quadrants...

If you feel that your ability to manage time is out of control, meticulously record the time spent on each thing, and then replay each day in a statistical chart to make yourself leaner. ## Orderly time, grouped events in library

In iTimely, we can group records by "day, month, year", making it easier to record and organize.

In iTimely, each record can have sub-records appended to it, commented on, followed up, and iterated. iTimely can correspond to many usage scenarios, and we can also create different libraries (work directories), where the timeline can be grouped into different groups.
## Even little daily things can be milestones

Small daily things that seem insignificant are not just ordinary but also signify growth and recording.

Behind these small things, milestones are being accumulated. For example, a child's height growth, an increase in income after starting work, or changes in data for a new business created. These numbers can also be quickly recorded. iTimely provides the "Auto Chart" function, and all we need to do is record without hesitation.

## Life with timeline, history on the timelines

As a timeline App, iTimely also supports recording history. Coupled with the support of the search function, iTimely will also be an intimate learning assistant for friends who are studying history, besides recording daily life.
## Privacy and pretty UI are equally important

With a simple lifestyle and pretty timelines in iTimely, becomes a friend of time. An app that is used daily should have a beautiful interface and an easy-to-use experience, especially for recording life, it should be much more beautiful. In this way, we will have a little bit of joy in the process of using it.

Personal privacy is very important too. iTimely is a pure client software and does not rely on servers. You can synchronize and backup data across devices through iCloud or Git, or disable synchronization. All data belongs to you.

iTimely will avoid any unnecessary privacy permission requests. iTimely strictly stays in the sandbox environment of the system, uses the minimum privacy authorization, and reduces a bit of convenience, but it will make users feel securer.
